Working in partnership with Lighthouse, your business will be supporting women, young people and children who have been affected by domestic abuse.

Whether you make us your charity of the year, engage your staff with fundraising events, payroll giving, or want to donate your products or services as part of a prize, there are many ways to support our work. Lighthouse will provide you with a complimentary training session on The Impacts of Domestic Abuse in the Workplace to help foster an open and supportive culture within your organisation. This training will equip you as an employer to recognise signs of domestic abuse, respond appropriately to disclosures, and implement a relevant domestic abuse policy. Partnering with Lighthouse not only benefits those in need but also strengthens your organization's commitment to creating a safe and supportive work environment.
