Lighthouse runs a Women and Children’s Wellbeing Centre in central Ipswich.

The centre provides a one-stop shop of advice and information for women and children (particularly those who are suffering, or who have suffered domestic abuse), whilst presenting an opportunity for all women across the county to develop new skills and come together within a safe and caring environment.

We aim to offer a range of interesting, educational and supportive courses and workshops to women in the local community – Please call the centre to find out which programmes and workshops we are currently running or click here for our current timetable.

You will need to book an appointment to complete a registration form as we operate a waiting list for most of our courses due to their popularity.

We offer a range of support services to help and advise you through any problem, our trained advisors will discuss your issue in confidence and without judgement.

Please call 01473 228 270 to speak to a member of staff. If we cannot help we will put you in touch with someone who can.
